The Conference „Culture in/ and crisis“ organized by the University Network of European Capitals of Culture took place around the same time when European leaders had met for a marathon session in Brussels, in order to find a way out of the prospect of Greece defaulting. If anything had a voice, then uncertainty. At that time, it was not at all clear what would be a better solution for Greece, the European Union and for the citizens of Europe.
